A licensed real estate agent since February 2006, bringing nearly two decades of comprehensive experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has held various positions, including administrative assistant, buyer agent, seller agent, income property specialist, team member and manager, leasing agent, property manager, productivity coach, and team owner. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Centres, where she is dedicated to motivating and training agents to build successful, sustainable businesses that align with their financial and personal goals.

A licensed real estate agent since July 2007, bringing over 17 years of experience to his roles at Keller Williams Realty Centres (KWRC). His passion for training and mentoring emerged early in his career, leading him to join the Keller Williams Referred Faculty in 2009, where he taught courses such as Ignite and Open House systems. Currently, Dylan serves as a Productivity Coach with the Productivity Success Network (PSN) at KWRC, dedicating his efforts to empowering agents to build businesses that align with their unique skills, values, and goals. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Dylan is a key member of The Silbernagel Real Estate Team, continuing the family tradition of assisting clients in building wealth through strategic real estate investments.
